YOUR INFORMATION. CLEAR ANSWERS.
Privacy policy
Effective October 11, 2026
This policy explains how BetterBridge Interventions handles information from this website, general inquiries, and our Facebook or Instagram lead forms.
1. Information you choose to share
Website inquiries. The form asks for a parent or caregiver’s name, an email address or phone number, and a city or county. Medical Assistance status and a child’s age range are optional. You can also send a general inquiry directly by email.
The form prepares a draft inside your browser. The website does not send the answers to a website server or save them in browser storage. Choosing “Open email app” passes the draft to your email application; you must press Send there. “Copy message” places the draft on your clipboard. Clear the form or close the page when finished, especially on a shared device. Your email application may retain its own drafts and sent messages.
Facebook and Instagram lead forms. If you submit one of our Meta Instant Forms, we receive the information shown on that form, such as your name, phone number, email address, city, and ZIP code. Meta may prefill fields from your account; review them before submitting. We may also receive a lead identifier, submission time, and the form or ad associated with the inquiry. This collection occurs through Meta, separately from our website’s email-draft form.
Follow-up messages. Information you choose to include in emails or conversations with us becomes part of the inquiry correspondence.
2. How inquiry information is used
We use contact and location details to respond to your request, discuss availability in your area, answer questions about services and coverage, coordinate follow-up, and understand whether our services may fit your needs. Information you provide may also be used to maintain inquiry records and address privacy or security concerns.
Submitting an inquiry is a request for contact about that inquiry. It does not enroll anyone in treatment, confirm insurance coverage, or guarantee services. You can ask us to stop inquiry follow-up at any time.
4. Website technology and outside links
Our hosting infrastructure may process technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, and access times to deliver and protect the site. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which involves a request from your browser to Google.
The current website code does not use a Meta Pixel, advertising cookies, analytics scripts, or browser storage to track visitors or save inquiry answers. Hosting providers and external services may process information according to their own policies. Following a resource link takes you to a separate website with its own practices.
5. Your choices and requests
You can browse without completing an inquiry, leave optional fields blank, or contact us directly. To ask about information you provided, request a correction or deletion, or stop further inquiry follow-up, email outreach@betterbridgeinterventions.com with the subject “Privacy request.”
We may need to verify that a request comes from the person concerned. Please do not email identity documents, medical records, or insurance member IDs to verify a request; ask us for an appropriate way to proceed. Requests are subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements. For information held independently by Meta or another service, you may also need to use that service’s privacy controls.
6. Records and security
Sent emails and submitted leads may remain in email, lead-management, or provider systems after an initial conversation. The website’s “Clear form” button clears the on-page draft; it does not erase an email already sent or a lead already submitted through Meta. Contact us to ask about retention or deletion of your inquiry records.
Online forms and ordinary email should not be treated as secure clinical intake channels. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Share only what is needed for an initial conversation and ask our team how to provide sensitive information appropriately.
7. Children and clinical information
This website and its inquiry forms are intended for adults, including parents and caregivers, rather than for children to submit information themselves. Please do not include a child’s full name, full date of birth, medical records, insurance member ID, Social Security number, or payment details in a general inquiry.
This website and inquiry privacy policy is separate from any Notice of Privacy Practices or other privacy documents that apply to clinical care. Ask the care team for the documents and secure intake process that apply before sharing clinical records.
